Basic Procedure
4 easy steps common to any service
Why trust
me?

As your Sword Service Agent here in Japan, my duty is to be the bearer and guardian of your swords during their stay,  from the moment they enter the country until they leave.

That implies that I will obviously care for them.

It also implies that I will take care of all necessary paperwork, registration and de-registration, fees, local transport, arrangements with appraisal organizations and/or craftsmen, waiting periods and related storage, etc.

Below is the basic procedure common to any of the services offered.
(See menu on left / Please inquire if you can't find what you're looking for)

if you plan to send swords in regularly.

You may register with Soulsmithing.
This is not mandatory, but having all your contact information willl allow for better management, and less mistake possibilities. After registering, you will be able to do business with me by simply submitting your name and ID number.

You may skip this step. In this case you will simply have to submit your contact info every time you send swords to Japan.

Step two
